- Decitabine is a type of chemotherapy called a hypomethylating agent that interferes with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body.
- Fedratinib is a selective oral JAK2 inhibitor that is FDA approved for use in myelofibrosis. It is being studied for use in other indications as well.
- Pacritinib is a kinase inhibitor that is approved for use in myelofibrosis and being studied for use in several different indications.
- Ruxolitinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor in development for the treatment of several different blood cancers.
